How to Order:
Because Catalyst Cookies operates with limited baking hours and production capacity, we bake on a set schedule each week. This allows us to provide meaningful, hands-on experience for ReMerge mothers while maintaining the quality of every order. All Fresh Baked Cookie and Take N’ Bake Cookie Dough orders may be placed through our online shop.
We currently bake on Mondays and Wednesdays, so we are unable to offer same-day pickup. We ask that customers place orders 1-2 business days before their desired pickup date.
Weekly Pickup at ReMerge: Mondays: 3:30pm-4:30pm Wednesdays: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Weekly Delivery: Tuesdays: 9:00am-1:00pm
Large Orders & Special Requests Planning an event, ordering for a group, or need something a little outside of our regular ordering process? We’d love to work with you! For large orders or special requests, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our bests to accommodate your needs based on our availability and baking schedule.
We understand that ordering ahead requires a little extra planning, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work within our baking schedule and capacity.

We’re so grateful for your support of Catalyst Cookies! To help us make sure every cookie finds a home, we ask that orders be picked up within five days of the scheduled pickup date.
If an order is not picked up within five days, we may donate or otherwise distribute the cookies to prevent them from going to waste. Because orders are prepared specifically for each customer, unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
We’ll do our best to send reminders before your order is considered unclaimed. If you’re unable to pickup your order as scheduled, please reach out to us- we’re always happy to work with you when we can.
